Олейна — компания, производящая растительное масло, была куплена в 1995 году, была впоследствии трансформирована в потребительскую компанию, которая продает марочное, очищенное масло в России и в Украине. Олейна является лидером в своей области в обеих странах. В 2002 году ее выкупила многонациональная компания.

Hertz Lease — started its operations in Ukraine in 1999 and was the first operational car fleet leasing company in that country. Today it is the market leader in Ukraine and provides standard European style leasing to a range of local and international companies, including: Procter&Gamble, Siemens, Coca Cola, L’Oreal, Nokia, Stimorol, Kraft, etc.

The company has developed a nationwide regional network consisting of 5 regional offices and over 150 service points and representatives.

In 2005, the company was sold to ALD Automotive, a subsidiary of the Société Générale of France and the European market leader in the field of car fleet leasing.

Hertz Rent-a-Car — this activity was started in 1998. Although still small, it is the largest rent-a-car operation in Ukraine and active in 5 cities around Ukraine.

In 2004, UAIC started, as a junior partner, operational car fleet leasing operations in Russia together with ALD Automotive, the operational car fleet leasing arm of the Société Générale of France. This company is now developing its regional network and has already obtained a number of well-known international companies as client.

In 2005, UAIC, again in a junior capacity,created and developed as a junior partner of SGCF, the consumer credit company of the Société Générale group, ProstoFinance, in Ukraine.
