The People

Dymytr Krysanov graduated from the Polytechnic University of Kiev in engineering and obtained a Ph.D in Energy Economics from the Academy of Sciences in 1990. After having worked for Apple Computer Inc., he joined Lancôme as a Finance Director. In 1997 he joined the ILTA group as the Finance Director of Peugeot. In 1999 he left the company to become General Manager of First Lease/Hertz Lease, that he build up to become the #1 operational car fleet leasing company in Ukraine. Since 2004 Dymytr Krysanov splits his time between the development of a consumer credit company of a major European Bank, and the development of new businesses.

Martin Elling was trained as an economist and after 11 years with United Nations and the Investment Centre of the World Bank, he joined the EBRD in London in 1992. During his 5 years there, he was, amongst others, responsible for agribusiness and special energy projects in Ukraine. He left the Bank in 1997 to concentrate on working in Ukraine and in 1999 he established First Lease/Hertz Lease in Ukraine. He was also involved in deals in the agribusiness, real estate and automotive sector. More recently, he has been collaborating with a major western bank to establish a new  financial services company.

Eric Blanchetete graduated in Business and Finance from the Polytechnic of Clermont-Ferrand in France and the University of Oklahoma in the USA. After obtaining a post graduate diploma in banking, he joined the Société Générale group in 1995 in France and since 1998 in Central and Eastern Europe. During the period, he was the Executive Director of a retail bank in Serbia before becoming the Commercial Director of a consumer credit company in Russia and, eventually, General Manager of such a company in Ukraine. Eric has 11 years professional management experience in banking and financial institutions, most of which in central and eastern Europe.

Vincent Tallepied, MBA, worked 12 years with General Electric and Goodyear in various positions in finance and MIS both in France and in the USA. He founded and was COO of start-up SantéFamille. He subsequently joined Gemini Consulting. As a consultant, he has successfully designed the business plan of the European IT leasing leader. He has contributed to the European development strategy of a US based software editor. He also helped turn around the financially troubled French subsidiary of the world leader of generic drugs. His main fields of expertise are strategic business planning and turnaround.
